New Moon: Breath & Art
Virtual group session · 5pm EST and 5pm GMT on every new moon
This monthly gathering is a space to step out of urgency and back into rhythm. Guided by the timing and themes of the new moon, we use breathwork and intuitive art as practices for listening - rather than fixing, forcing, or performing.
Register now - Spaces are limited to 12 women
A natural point to pause.
Is this session for me?
This gathering may be supportive if you:
Feel disconnected from your intuition
Are tired of overthinking your growth
Want to slow down without collapsing
Are curious about breathwork in a grounded container
Crave depth without intensity
In nature, the new moon is a time of stillness before movement. In the body, it’s a moment when intuition is easier to hear.
We gather here each month to slow down, soften the nervous system, and allow clarity to arise without pressure.
Space. Creativity. Support.
What will we do together?
We begin each gathering with a brief grounding ritual.
Participants are invited to prepare:
A ceremonial cacao, or
A warm cup of herbal tea.
Cacao is offered as an optional heart-opening plant medicine to support presence, gratitude, and connection. It is not required to participate or receive benefit.
If you don’t work with cacao, warm tea serves the same purpose, slowing the body and signaling safety.
From there we will move into:
A guided breathwork practice to support nervous system regulation;
An intuitive art process to translate what’s arising;
You are always welcome to participate at your own pace.
“This is not about creating something impressive. It’s about creating space for what’s already present.”
What this space is - and is not.
Sacred space is found within boundaries.
This is:
A practice of presence and listening.
A supportive, non-performative community space.
Grounded, embodied, and accessible.
Open to all levels of experience.
This is not:
Art instruction or critique.
Therapy or emotional processing in a group setting.
A place to “get it right” or have it figured out.
A high-intensity or cathartic experience.
Breathing together creates regulation. Regulation creates safety. Safety allows honesty.
You don’t need to share anything unless you want to, because your presence alone is enough.
Facilitated by Donna Morano
What is intuitive art?
You do not need to be an artist. You do not need any prior art experience at all.
Intuitive art is simply a way of letting what’s already inside you take form, without planning, judgment, or outcome.
You can work with whatever materials you have: Paper, pen, markers, paint, collage, or even just color.
The art that participants create can be profoundly meaningful, surprising, and moving in unexpected and beautiful ways.
“You don’t need to know what you’re looking for.
You only need a willingness to pause and listen.”
