Weekly one-on-one Zoom meetings with coaching, breathwork, and practical daily integrations.

This is for those who are ready to go deeper. Women who are done making excuses, done outsourcing their power, and ready to take 100% responsibility for their lives. This work is for those who are ready to prioritize themselves fully — to invest in their healing, their expansion, and their becoming.

“The world is loud — and most of us are disconnected from the wisdom within us.”

Breathwork: Foundational Journey

6 Week Core Curriculum · $239 each session

Your core curriculum is a guided 6-week course designed to help you reconnect with yourself from the inside out. Each week builds upon the last, beginning with cultivating awareness in the body and breath, then tenderly exploring root causes and old patterns. As we move through acknowledgment and learn to disrupt and dissolve what no longer serves, space is made for a powerful reclamation of self. Our final weeks are devoted to integration and expansion—so that the shifts you experience become embodied and lasting. This is a personal, heart-centered journey for those ready to meet themselves with honesty, compassion, and breath as a loving guide.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes. The profound practice of breathwork will impact all areas of your body, including:

    • Ease anxiety and stress — Gentle breathing patterns calm your nervous system, quiet the mind, and help you feel grounded, even when life feels overwhelming.

    • Lift mood and support emotional well-being — As you breathe deeply, your body floods with oxygen and feel-good endorphins, creating space for lightness and hope to return.

    • Support healing from trauma — Breathwork offers a safe, held space to release stored emotion, process experiences, and reconnect with your own strength.

    • Improve sleep — By relaxing the body and soothing the mind, breathwork helps you drift into deeper, more restful sleep.

    • Help manage pain — Conscious breathing can soften tension, ease discomfort, and give you tools to navigate pain with greater ease.

    • Sharpen focus and clarity — With a clear mind and steady breath, it becomes easier to concentrate, make decisions, and move through your day with purpose.

    • Nourish physical health — Deep breathing strengthens lung capacity, supports immune health, and boosts energy through better oxygen flow.

    • Bring emotional balance — Breathwork helps you meet your emotions with awareness, so you can respond with intention rather than react from habit.

  • Yes — with care. Breathwork can be adapted for pregnancy, focusing on gentle, safe patterns that support relaxation, ease tension, and connect you with your body and your baby. I always recommend checking with your healthcare provider first and letting me know how far along you are so we can tailor the practice to your needs.

  • Absolutely, but we move gently and intentionally. Breathwork can support recovery by easing tension, improving circulation, and reconnecting you with your body. Please let me know the type of surgery and how recently it occurred so we can practice safely and comfortably.

  • No. Breathwork meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’ve never tried it before or have a deep personal practice, your breath will guide you into the experience you’re ready for — nothing more, nothing less.

  • Breathwork is a beautiful complement to therapy, coaching, or medical care — but it’s not a replacement. Think of it as a companion practice that helps you access your own clarity, resilience, and self-healing.

  • In most cases, breathwork is not covered by insurance, as it’s considered a complementary or wellness practice rather than a medical treatment. That said, some people choose to submit receipts as part of flexible spending accounts (FSAs) or health savings accounts (HSAs) depending on their plan. I’m always happy to provide a detailed receipt for your records, and we can discuss any options that make the practice accessible for you.

  • The best place to begin is exactly where you are right now. For most people, a guided session with support is the easiest and safest way to start. This allows you to experience the power of your own breath, learn the patterns, and discover how your body naturally responds. From there, you can decide whether you want private sessions, group sessions, or even at-home practice. The key is to start gently and follow your own rhythm.

  • Wear something comfortable. Have water nearby, a blanket if you’d like warmth, and a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. A journal can be helpful to capture insights afterward.

  • I offer a variety of options to make breathwork accessible:

    • Single group sessions

    • Mentoring programs (for ongoing support)

    • Sliding scale or flexible payment plans upon request. Payments can typically be made via credit card, bank transfer, or digital payment apps. If you have specific needs, just reach out — we’ll find a solution that works for you.
